The Oshkosh Sports Complex is home to the 20-time NCAA Division III champion men's and women's track & field programs.

The Oshkosh Sports Complex boasts an Olympic-quality outdoor track with an adjacent warm-up track, the Oshkosh B'Gosh Foundation Track, dedicated shot put, discus throw, and hammer throw rings, and a javelin runway. It hosts approximately 120 events year including the USATF Masters (2011), USATF Youth Regional Meet (2012), and the Badger State Games (2010-2011).

In 2004, more than $10 million was raised through public and private entities, such as J. J. Keller and Associates, Oshkosh Convention and Visitors Bureau, UW-Oshkosh Student Association, AT&T Advertising Solutions, and the UW-Oshkosh Foundation, to dramatically enhance the practice and game athletic facilities throughout campus. The 2007 and 2008 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships were hosted at the Oshkosh Sports Complex.

In 2024, the track surface was updated with a striking gray Beynon surface through funds from the UW-Oshkosh Student Association and the Oshkosh Convention and Visitors Bureau. The track boasts two straightaways, something that is rare and useful, especially for events like the 100-meter dash or 110-meter hurdles, which can now be run in either direction depending on wind conditions.

To add to the event atmosphere, "Titan Vision" launched in the summer of 2011 for the WFCA All-Star Game and was upgraded in the summer of 2023 with a brand new 372-square foot video board.

Notable features include:

  • Nine-lane, Beynon Olympic-quality competition track with north and south straightaways
  • Two shot put rings, a hammer throw ring, and a discus throw ring
  • Up-to-date training facilities
  • The capacity to attract state, regional, and national tournaments and other special events
