Since its inception in 1995, the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) Directors' Cup measures the top overall athletics program among nearly 450 NCAA Division III institutions. The award is based on points accumulated in NCAA championship competition. UW-Oshkosh has finished in the top 10 six times, the top 20 14 times, and has never been ranked lower than 44th.
