All interview requests for student-athletes and coaches must go through the UW-Oshkosh Sports Information office.
PREFERRED NAMES
• When appropriate the preferred names of UW-Oshkosh Athletics are: UW-Oshkosh, UW-Oshkosh Titans, UW-Oshkosh Athletics.
• In cases, where it is neither feasible or is limited by space constraints, UWO is the preferred name identifier to use.
EMAIL DISTRIBUTION
Previews, recaps, stories and other information are emailed to media by the athletic communications office. Media members that would like to be added to the UW-Oshkosh Athletics email distribution lists should reach out Brady Halverson at halversonb@uwosh.edu.
ROSTERS AND STATISTICS
Microsoft Word rosters with pronunciations can be found on the roster page of each sport and both individual and season statistical reports can be found on the statistics page of each sport.

INTERNET BROADCASTS
All UW-Oshkosh baseball, men's and women's basketball, football, men's and women's track & field, women's gymnastics, women's soccer, softball, men's and women's swimming & diving, women's volleyball and men's and women's wrestling home events can be seen on the WIAC Network. All UW-Oshkosh broadcasts are student produced.
EVENT PROGRAMS
Printed game programs are no longer be available as the information is available online. Game programs are made available on each sport's schedule with competing teams' rosters and additional information. Printed materials can be obtained for media members only upon request by contacting the sports information office.
INTERNET CONNECTIONS AND VISITING RADIO
• Visitors are welcome to use the Titan WiFi Guest wireless network. This is an open network and your data will not be encrypted.
• Requests for radio broadcasts must be made through the UW-Oshkosh Sports Information office. Wired internet connections are available at Albee Hall (swimming & diving), Kolf Sports Center (basketball, gymnastics, indoor track & field, volleyball, wrestling) and the Oshkosh Sports Complex (baseball, football, soccer, softball, outdoor track & field) on a first come first served basis. Internet connection is not available during cross country, golf and tennis events.
