Box Score

Danny Karrels and Tony Starnes scored early in the second half as the UW-Oshkosh men's soccer team rallied for a 2-1 victory over Wilmington College (Ohio) on Sunday in Rocky Mount, N.C.

Wilmington College (1-1-1) took a 1-0 lead when Evan Schlagetter scored off a pass from James Attinger just 11:01 into play.

The Quakers' advantage held up until Karrels tied the score for the Titans with a goal in the 47th minute (47:00) of action. Karrels' first collegiate goal came off a cross from Ryan Hanna.

UW-Oshkosh (1-1) went ahead 2-1 on an unassisted goal by Starnes in the 57th minute (56:28) of activity. Starnes broke free down the right sideline and adjusted his movement to slip a shot past Wilmington College goalkeeper Antonio Trujillo.

Wilimington College totaled five shots, with two of them belonging to Schlagetter.
