NEW ORLEANS- The UW-Oshkosh men's and women's cross country teams both received 2024 All-Academic honors from the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) on Thursday (Jan. 30). Three student-athletes were named All-Academic individually.

The Titan posted a 3.43 cumulative grade-point average as a team to earn All-Academic laurels, while the men earned the honor with a 3.10 GPA.

Gracie Buchinger (So. • Kimberly), a nursing major, and
Libby Geisness (Sr. • Waukesha), an elementary education major represented the women's team while
Cameron Cullen (Jr. • Kewaunee), a kinesiology major, was the men's honoree.

In order to qualify for All-Academic distinction, student-athletes must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.30 on a 4.0 scale and finish in the top-25 percent of their respective regional championship meet. In order for teams to qualify for All-Academic distinction, they must have a cumulative GPA of 3.1 on a 4.0 scale, including the most recent grading period, among other qualifiers.
