DE PERE, Wis.- With 19 top-three finishes and eight event wins, UW-Oshkosh women's swimming & diving kept the score close at St. Norbert College on Saturday (Nov. 15) before falling by a close score of 158-141 at the Green Knights' Mulva Family Fitness & Sports Center.

The Titans' freshman phenom
Callee DeBruin (Kimberly/Seton Home Study School) continued her fantastic start to her first season in black and gold with three individual event wins during the meet. She won the 200-yard freestyle in 2:00.82, the 50-yard freestyle in 25.47 seconds, and the 500-yard freestyle in 5:24.99.

Sienna Della-Peruta (Grayslake, Ill./Grayslake Central) was Oshkosh's second swimmer to win at least two events, placing first in both of the backstroke events. She later won the 100-yard backstroke in 1:00.94.

Kori Burnett (Beloit/Beloit Memorial) took a pair of top-three finishes, led by her 1:03.46 win in the 100-yard butterfly. She also took third in the 100-yard freestyle at 57.75 seconds and third in the 200-yard backstroke at 2:23.83.

Rowan Sinclair (Temecula, Calif./Great Oak) claimed the 200-yard butterfly title at 2:17.06 before finishing the 400-yard individual medley in 4:54.74 for second place.

Before placing third in the 200-yard butterfly (2:39.98),
Brianna Wesenberg (Ripon/Homeschool) won the 1,000-yard freestyle with a time of 11:23.45.

The Titans' final swimmer with at least one top-three placement was
McKenna Keepers (Sussex/Sussex Hamilton), who placed third in both the 100- and 200-yard breaststroke in times of 1:16.63 and 2:43.58, respectively.

Both relay teams finished second in their respective races. Della-Peruta, Keepers, Sinclair, and
Kylee Dinninger (DeWitt, Mich./DeWitt) finished the 200-yard medley relay in 1:58.50 and Burnett,
Olivia Pellitteri (Madison/Vel Phillips Memorial),
Kacie Stamm (Neenah/Neenah), and DeBruin finished the 200-yard freestyle relay in 1:44.12.

Rachel Werth (Greenfield/Greenfield) rounded out Oshkosh's top-three finishers when she placed third in the 200-yard backstroke in 2:23.83.

In the diving events,
Maya Indiraraj (West Bend/West Bend West) won the 1-meter with a score of 150.80 points and placed third in the 3-meter with a 198.65-point tally.
Paige Vitek (Raymond/Union Grove) placed second in the 3-meter at 206.40 points and third in the 1-meter with a 147.70-point total.
