OSHKOSH, Wis.-Â UW-Oshkosh invites applicants to apply for its head men's soccer coach opening to lead the reinstated program. The head coach will begin recruiting when they arrive on campus and the program will begin competition in the fall of 2027.
The coach is responsible for building the program from the ground up in alignment with UW-Oshkosh, WIAC and NCAA Division III guidelines and all aspects of program development, competitive success, student-athlete experience, and integration within the broader mission of the university and the WIAC.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree, two to five years of collegiate soccer coaching experience, a demonstrated ability to develop and implement a collegiate soccer program, proven evidence of success in recruiting, player development, and team culture building, strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a collaborative leadership style and a commitment to the NCAA Division III philosophy and student-athlete academic success.
