Brittany (Haas) Gibson enters her fifth season at UW-Oshkosh as men's and women's cross country assistant coach in 2025-26. She also serves as an assistant coach for both the men's and women's track & field teams, specializing in distance events.

Gibson graduated from UW-Oshkosh in 2013, running for both the cross country and track & field teams, earning letters all four years in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track. She made appearances at the 2009 and 2010 NCAA cross country meets in addition to being named to the All-WIAC team for indoor and outdoor track & field all four seasons. Gibson was a member of the 2011 indoor and outdoor track & field national championship teams.

Before returning to UW-Oshkosh, Gibson served as the co-head cross country coach at Horace Mann High School from 2020-22. Gibson reestablished the Oakfield High School track & field team for the first time since the 1970s as the head coach in 2018.
