Brittany (Haas) Gibson enters her third season as assistant men's and women's cross country coach in 2024. She also serves as an assistant coach for both the men's and women's track & field teams, specializing in distance events.

Gibson graduated from Oshkosh in 2013, running for both the cross country and track & field teams, earning letters all four years in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track. She made appearances at the 2009 and 2010 NCAA national cross country meets, also being named to the All-WIAC team for indoor and outdoor track & field all four seasons. She was a member of the 2011 indoor and outdoor track & field national championship team.

Before returning to UW-Oshkosh, Gibson served as the co-head cross country coach at Horace Mann High School from 2020 to 2022, previously having served as assistant coach from 2017-19 and reestablished the Oakfield High School track & field team for the first time since the 1970s as the head coach in 2018.
