Kaitlyn Krol begins her seventh season with the UW-Oshkosh softball program and fourth as the full-time assistant coach in 2026.

In Krol’s past five seasons, the Titans have finished fifth at the NCAA Division III World Series twice (2021, 2024), won a Division III Super Regional championship (2024), clinched a pair of Division III Regional titles (2021, 2024), earned four NCAA berths (2021, 2023, 2024, 2025), claimed two WIAC regular season titles (2021, 2024) and secured a pair of conference postseason crowns (2021, 2025).

Krol joined head coach Scott Beyer as a member of the WIAC Coaching Staff of the Year in 2021 and the National Fastpitch Coaches Association Region VIII Coaching Staff of the Year in 2024. Krol and Beyer also won WIAC Co-Coaching Staff of the Year in 2025.

A decorated member of Titans softball from 2015-19, Krol earned varsity letters in 2016, 2017 & 2018, starting 113 of her 119 games played. Krol was an All-WIAC First Team member in 2018 and helped Oshkosh make a run in the NCAA Division III postseason tournament. Krol capped her career with a .317 batting average, 88 RBI and 64 runs scored.

Krol graduated from UW-Oshkosh in 2019 with a degree in human services.
