Mandy Eggert, the first full-time strength & conditioning coach in UW-Oshkosh Athletics history, begins her first year at UW-Oshkosh in 2025.
Eggert joins UW-Oshkosh after most recently serving as a strength & conditioning coach at the Titletown Clinic and Green Bay West High School through Emplify Health by Bellin. She worked with both individuals and teams, developing sport-specific and general training programs, providing consulting services, and providing care and service to clients. During the 2024-25 school year, Eggert also consulted for the Titans’ men’s basketball, football, men’s wrestling, women’s gymnastics, women’s soccer, and women’s tennis programs.
Before joining the Emplify staff, Eggert held performance coach positions with SAGA Sports, Ski and Gymnastics Academy, Paramount Performance, and MindRight Performance between 2019 and 2025.
Before serving as a trainer with TNT fitness in 2018 and 2019, Eggert was Freedom High School’s sports training specialist through a partnership with Aurora Baycare Sports Medicine from 2016-18. Through her work with the Irish, she designed and implemented training programs for girl’s basketball, football, boy’s and girl’s soccer, providing safe instructions to both middle school and high school students and student-athletes while educating those groups on general eight room safety standards.
Eggert owns certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, the American College of Sports Medicine, the American Heart Association, and TRX.
