Box Score

Katelyn Kuehl totaled 17 points and five assists as UW-Oshkosh defeated UW-Stevens Point, 68-44, in a semifinal of the WIAC Women's Basketball Tournament held Thursday (Feb. 27) in Kolf Sports Center.

The Titans (23-3), ranked 14th in the NCAA Division III by D3hoops.com, will host the tournament's championship game on Saturday (March 1) at 3 p.m. UW-Superior (16-11) will be UW-Oshkosh's opponent after the Yellowjackets upset top-seeded UW-Whitewater, 84-63.

UW-Stevens Point had its 14-game win streak in the WIAC Tournament end. The Pointers (17-10) had captured six straight conference tournaments.

UW-Oshkosh scored the first four points of the game before the Pointers came back with the next five. The Titans then went off for 11 straight points, with five different players scoring, to take a 15-5 lead.

Alicia Tollefson buried a high-arcing three-pointer before Kuehl finished a three-point play to make it 22-7 with 6:45 left in the opening half.
