OSHKOSH, Wis.- Grace Stevens has joined the UW-Oshkosh Athletics Department staff as an athletic trainer as announced by athletic training director Wade Peitersen.

Stevens, a three-year letterwinner with the UW-Oshkosh softball team and 2021 UW-Oshkosh graduate, returns to Oshkosh after wrapping up her softball career in 2022.

"We are excited to have Grace back on campus!", Peitersen said. "She has previous experience at UW-Oshkosh as both a student-athlete and student athletic trainer and will be an invaluable asset to the sports she works with on a daily basis and the department as a whole".

During her time as an undergraduate student at Oshkosh, Stevens assisted with the athletic training needs of the men's track & field, men's wrestling, women's basketball, women's gymnastics and women's soccer teams.

While obtaining her master's degree in athletic training at UW-Oshkosh, Stevens served as an athletic trainer at Club5Five in Green Bay and Appleton West High School. She earned the degree in 2023.

Stevens, who owns multiple additional health care certifications, was a member of the UW-Oshkosh Kinesiology Club and served as the secretary of the Titans' Student-Athlete Advisory Committee while earning her spot on the WIAC Scholastic Honor Roll and UW-Oshkosh Dean's List multiple times and an Academic All-District nod from College Sports Communicators in 2022.

Stevens will primarily work with both wrestling teams and the men's track & field team while assisting with the football team.
