OSHKOSH, Wis.- WRST Radio, UW-Oshkosh's award-winning student-operated station, will offer audio of 17 UW-Oshkosh sporting events during the fall semester of the 2025-26 academic year.

The first broadcast was Tuesday (Sept. 2) when the nationally ranked and defending WIAC champion UW-Oshkosh women's volleyball team played Lakeland University in De Pere on the campus of St. Norbert College.

WRST will also broadcast nine of UW-Oshkosh football's 10 regular season games – September 13 at North Central College (Ill.), September 20 vs. NCAA Division II Roosevelt University (Ill.), October 4 vs. UW-River Falls on Hall of Fame Day, October 11 at UW-Stout, October 18 vs. UW-Eau Claire on homecoming, October 25 at UW-La Crosse, November 1 at UW-Platteville, November 8 vs. UW-Stevens Point when the team welcomes the 2015 WIAC Championship and NCAA Quarterfinalist football team back to Oshkosh, and November 15 vs. UW-Whitewater on Senior Day. UW-Oshkosh's Kolf Sports Center will be the location for eight women's volleyball broadcasts – September 5 vs. Marian University, September 6 vs. Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (Calif.), September 26 vs. UW-Stevens Point on Community Night, October 8 vs. Carroll University on Senior Night, October 22 vs. UW-Platteville on Play for a Cause Night, and November 7 vs. UW-Eau Claire. WRST will also travel to Whitewater to cover women's volleyball's matchup with the Warhawks on October 29.

WRST will also broadcast all home WIAC & NCAA Division III postseason events in the sports of football, men's and women's basketball, and women's volleyball.

WRST has won more than 180 awards since 2009. Among them are citations from the Broadcast Education Association, National Broadcasting Society, New York International Radio Festival, Wisconsin Broadcasters Association, and the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. WRST's Sports Director for the 2025 fall semester is Brayden Junkers. The Director of Radio Services at UW-Oshkosh is Wendell Ray.
