STEVENS POINT, Wis.- UW-Oshkosh women's wrestling dropped a pair of duals at UW-Stevens Point's Berg Gymnasium on Saturday (Jan. 10), falling 35-15 to the University of Dubuque (Iowa) and 25-18 to Cornell College (Iowa).

The Titans (0-6) started the UW-Stevens Point Multi Duals against the Spartans (2-1). Izzy Paz got the dual started by pinning Grace Murphy at 4:56 in the 103-pound bout. Dubuque took the 110- and 117-pound wins before
Mya Delleree (Fredonia/Ozaukee) earned a 53-second pin of Bree Swenson at 124 pounds. The Titans got their third win against the Spartans with a forfeit victory at 131 pounds for
Aliana Rauter (Milwaukee/Ronald Reagan). Dubuque took the last five weight classes with three forfeits and two pins.

Oshkosh competed against Cornell (4-4) in their second dual and picked up four wins. Three of the victories were on forfeits at 103, 110 and 124 pounds while the fourth was an 8-1 decision for
Ella Creighton (Lake Geneva/Badger) against Sidney Zimmerman in the 180-pound bout.

The Titans will host No. 23 nationally ranked UW-Stevens Point at Kolf Sports Center on Thursday, January 22 for their first home meet of the season. The Pointers took both duals against Oshkosh last season.
