UW-Oshkosh Partners With Opendorse To Expand NIL Support For Titan Student-Athletes

OSHKOSH, Wis. and LINCOLN, Neb.- UW-Oshkosh has partnered with Opendorse to expand education, strengthen compliance support, and add resources that help Titan student-athletes navigate Name, Image, and Likeness opportunities with confidence.

Through Opendorse, UW-Oshkosh student-athletes will have access to education, a branded NIL marketplace, and tools focused on personal brand development, financial literacy, and long-term career preparation. This partnership is built to help every athlete, with resources that fit the realities of Division III life, and the demanding schedule they face.

"Our partnership with Opendorse represents a strategic commitment to equipping Titan student-athletes with the tools, education, and infrastructure necessary to responsibly and effectively navigate today's Name, Image, and Likeness landscape," said Darryl Sims, Assistant Chancellor for Intercollegiate Athletics. "At UW-Oshkosh, we believe NIL is not simply about transactions; it is about opportunity, brand development, financial literacy, and career preparation. By aligning with Opendorse, we are reinforcing our mission to prepare student-athletes for success during their collegiate experience and well beyond graduation."

The partnership also emphasizes compliance, transparency, and institutional integrity. As NIL continues to evolve, UW Oshkosh will be supported by clearer processes and shared resources designed to help maintain consistent oversight and accountability across Titan Athletics.

With expanded education, stronger structure, and modern athlete resources, the Titans can continue leading the way in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference and across Division III. The partnership strengthens the student-athlete experience as recruiting, branding, and opportunities continue to evolve across college sports.

"UW-Oshkosh is setting the standard in Division III by putting education and clear support first," said Jake Daugherty, Manager, Collegiate Partnerships at Opendorse. "When schools make it easy for athletes to learn the rules and build their brand the right way, everyone wins. We're excited to help Titan student-athletes grow their platforms, build financial confidence, and expand their NIL opportunities."
