What made you choose to go to a Division III school to compete in Flag Football?   

I prioritized academics and team culture when looking for schools. The team I wanted had to be full of persistent hard workers who understand the balance between academics and athletics. Division III and UWO checked all these boxes.  

What attracted you to choose to attend UW-Oshkosh?   

Titan athletics in its entirety. I have never seen a culture like the Gold Standard. It is truly one big family pushing one another to continuously break expectations. 

What advice do you have for incoming high school students who are still looking at which university might be right for them?   

Ask yourself what difference you can make to the program. What would do you add to the culture and the team? If you can’t envision personal success as well as pushing others to better themselves, it’s not the right place for you. 

What are some of your favorite memories competing in Division III basketball and why you are thankful for the opportunity to continue your athletic journey at the DIII level?  

My favorite memories are anytime I’m with my team and my girls. DIII athletics brought me a family that can and will never be broken. We all do this simply for the love of the sport and are genuinely the strongest and hardest working athletes I’ve ever met.
