GREENWOOD, Ind.- Eight members of the UW-Oshkosh men's and women's cross country and track & field teams were named College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District ® on Tuesday (June 23).
 
Cameron Cullen (Kewaunee/Kewaunee) made his third career appearance on the all-district team while Bryce Hale (Appleton/Kimberly), Kieran Maude (Palatine, Ill./Palatine), Nolan Milas (Virgil, Ill./Burlington Central), Bryce Smith (De Pere/West De Pere), Addie Baker (Delavan/Elkhorn Area), Kaelyn Bilello (Menomonee Falls/Menomonee Falls) and Maddy LaVoi (Ankeny, Iowa/Ankeny Centennial) were all honored for the first time.
 
Cullen is a rehabilitation science major with a 3.76 cumulative grade-point average. He wrapped up his collegiate career with a 20th-place finish at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championship, racing a 24:26.8 to collect an All-America medal. After winning the 3,000-meter run title at the WIAC Indoor Championship, Cullen earned All-America Second Team honors at the Division III Outdoor Championship in the 10,000-meter run.
 
Hale owns a 3.54 cumulative GPA as a management major. He grabbed sixth in the weight throw at the Division III Indoor Championship before claiming 11th at the outdoor national meet in the hammer throw.
 
A special education major with a 3.83 cumulative GPA, Maude grabbed a pair of top-8 finishes at the WIAC Indoor Championship in the weight throw (seventh) and shot put (eighth). He then took third in the shot put and fourth in the hammer throw during the league's outdoor championship.
 
Milas is a marketing major with a 3.89 cumulative GPA. This spring, he helped the 4x100-meter relay squad win the WIAC and Division III outdoor titles and ran anchor on the team that set the Division III outdoor record at 38.96 seconds at the UW-La Crosse Final Qualifier on May 14. Milas also earned All-America Second Team honors in the indoor 200-meter dash (ninth), indoor 60-meter dash (16th) and outdoor 200-meter dash (10th).
 
Smith owns a 3.81 cumulative GPA as a physical education major. He placed seventh in the heptathlon at the indoor national championship and eighth in the decathlon at the outdoor national championship, setting personal bests in both events.
 
Majoring in medical imaging, Baker holds a 3.57 cumulative GPA. She helped the 4x400-meter relay squad take third at both the conference indoor and outdoor championships while placing fourth in the indoor 400-meter run and sixth in the outdoor 4x100-meter relay.
 
Bilello is a nursing major with a 3.64 cumulative GPA. Her best placement at a postseason meet was ninth in the weight throw during the WIAC Indoor Championship.
 
LaVoi owns a 3.83 cumulative GPA as an advertising and public relations double major. Indoors, she claimed two top-6 finishes during the WIAC Championship with a third-place finish in the 4x400-meter relay and a sixth-place finish in the 400-meter run before helping the distance medley relay team earn All-America Second Team with a 11th-place time. Outdoors, the 4x400-meter relay took third and LaVoi took eighth in the 400-meter run.
 
The men's track & field team finished third at both the NCAA Division III Indoor and Outdoor Championships while the women's team took 25th indoors and 67th outdoors.
 
The 2026 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Cross Country/Track & Field Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the track and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes cross country/track & field honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
 
Academic All-District® honorees are considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced on Tuesday, July 14 for the men and Wednesday, July 15 for the women.
 
The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2025-26 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA governance structure.
