UW-Oshkosh - 2023-present: Currently serving as the assistant football coach specializing in running backs and junior varsity head coach at UW-Oshkosh, Mathe actively contributes to the team's offensive prowess and nurtures the growth of young talent.
Oshkosh West High School - 2022: In 2022, Mathe led Oshkosh West High School's football program as the head football coach. His leadership and strategic insights positively impacted the team's performance.
Winneconne High School - 2021: As varsity offensive quality control coach at Winneconne High School in Winneconne, Mathe played a crucial role in refining offensive strategies to enhance team effectiveness.
El Capitan High School (Calif.) - 2018-2020: Mathe's leadership skills shone as he took on the responsibility of head freshmen football coach at El Capitan High School in Lakeside, Calif. in 2018 and 2019, fostering foundational skills in young athletes. Mathe's dedication to athlete development was evident during his tenure as the football program's strength & conditioning coach at El Capitan, serving in the role from 2018-20. His commitment to physical conditioning greatly contributed to the athletes' overall performance. In 2020, he assumed the role of assistant varsity football coach for defensive backs at El Capitan, further showcasing his versatility in coaching different positions.
Lakeside Vaqueros - 2013-2018: Mathe's impact extended to the grassroots level as he guided the Lakeside Vaqueros within the San Diego Pop Warner league, providing young players with a solid football foundation.
Misawa Jets - 2010-2012: As the head coach of the Misawa Jets in the United States Forces Japan - American Football League (semi-pro), Mathe demonstrated his leadership abilities on an international stage.
