Max Schoening, a former standout offensive lineman for the UW-Oshkosh Titans, now serves as the assistant offensive line coach. A key contributor to the Titans from 2019-2023, Schoening was a starting member of two offensive lines recognized as National Team of the Week. His playing experience, combined with his technical knowledge, brings invaluable insight to the development of the current offensive line.

Schoening graduated with a finance degree in 2022 and is on track to earn his MBA in Spring 2024. In addition to his coaching responsibilities, Schoening is the team's interpersonal communications liaison, ensuring strong communication between players and coaching staff, fostering a cohesive and productive environment.

His dedication to both player development and team success continues to impact the Titans' offensive line performance.
