J. Morgan Harter will enter his first season with UW-Oshkosh men's basketball in 2024-25. He joins the Titans after previously coaching at Rhodes College (Tenn.) and Birmingham-Southern College (Ala.).

Harter served as an assistant coach at Birmingham-Southern in 2019 and 2020 after graduating from the college in 2019 with a bachelor's degree in media & film studies. He later moved on to Rhodes where he was an assistant with the Lynx from 2020 to 2023.
