Kaitlyn Krol enters her sixth season with the UW-Oshkosh softball program and third as the full-time assistant coach in 2025.

In her past four seasons with the Titans, the Titans have won NCAA Division III Regional tournament titles in 2021 and 2024, the Division III Super Regional Title in 2024 and placed fifth in the nation at the Division III Women’s College World Series in 2021 and 2024. UW-Oshkosh also won the WIAC regular season championship in 2021 and 2024 and won the WIAC tournament in 2021.

Krol joined head coach Scott Beyer as a member of the WIAC Coaching Staff of the Year in 2021 and the National Fastpitch Coaches Association Region VIII Coaching Staff of the Year in 2024.

A decorated member of Titans softball, Krol played on the team from 2015-19. Krol earned varsity letters in 2016, 2017 & 2018 and started 113 of the 119 games played as a Titan. Krol was a All-WIAC First Team member in 2018 and helped the Titans make a run in the NCAA Division III postseason tournament. Krol recorded 88 RBI in her time as a Titan, 64 runs, and a batting average of .317

Krol graduated from UW-Oshkosh in 2019 with a degree in human services.
