Former Titan Jessie Rabas will be returning to the UW-Oshkosh women's basketball sidelines as an assistant coach for her third season during the 2024-25 campaign.

Rabas, a 2019 UW-Oshkosh graduate, was an assistant coach for the St. Norbert College women's basketball program in 2021-22 after spending two years as a girls basketball assistant coach at her alma mater, De Pere High School.

Rabas helped St. Norbert College to a 19-8 record during the 2021-22 season and a runner-up finish in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference since helping De Pere High School to a regional title in 2021. 

Rabas, who played three seasons at NCAA Division II Quincy University (Ill.) before transferring to UW-Oshkosh, was named to the All-WIAC Honorable Mention Team as a senior guard for the Titans in 2019. Rabas paced UW-Oshkosh with 36 3-pointers and 29 blocks as the Titans won the 2019 WIAC Tournament en route to advancing to the third round of the NCAA Division III Championship and finishing the season with a 26-4 record.
