KENOSHA, Wis.- Molly Jackson scored UW-Oshkosh's goal in a 1-1 tie at Carthage College on Saturday (Sept. 16).

The Titans (1-3-2) outshot the Firebirds (2-2-2) 11-5 across the match, with five on goal against Carthage's four.

The first half was largely uneventful. UWO shot five times with two on goal and Carthage shot twice with one on goal.

Amelia Price got a shot past Emma Sauriol to give Firebirds the lead in the 58^th minute.

Molly Jackson tied the game up in the 73rd minute with a shot to the lower part of the goal on two passes from Alayna Clark and Mackenzie Stein for the assists.

The Titans shot to break the tie three more times before the final buzzer; Kate Whitney in the 79th minute and both Gabriella Mattio and Brianna Kehl in the 88th. However, none made it in and the Titans were forced to settle for the tie.

The Titans return to action on Wednesday (Sept. 20), facing University of Chicago at J. J. Keller Field at Titan Stadium at 4 p.m.
