OSHKOSH, Wis.- Mallory Kerhin recorded 10 saves for the UW-Oshkosh women's soccer team in the Titans' 3-1 loss to North Park University (Ill.) at J. J. Keller Field at Titan Stadium on Wednesday night (Oct. 2).

The Titans (1-7-2) and Vikings (4-5-0) both shot 19 times in the weeknight contest with North Park shooting 13 times on goal to Oshkosh's eight. Oshkosh had 4 corner kicks and seven fouls to North Park's two and eight.

Mallory Kerhin (So. • Green Bay) saved 10 shots on goal in 90 minutes of play while
Anika Roush (Jr. • Byron, Ill.) and
Jaden LeRoy (Fr. • Evansville) led the Titans on the offensive side of the pitch with four shots and two on goal each.

In her second career match, LeRoy scored her first goal in the 87th minute on a corner kick from
Greta Steines (Jr. • Eau Claire).

The Vikings took the lead in the 30th minute on a goal from Maja Applequist, extending their lead to 3-0 early in the second half with goals by Emily Le and Ella Zaar in the 37th and 59th minutes.

The Titans will travel to La Crosse to kick off WIAC play on Saturday (Oct. 5), facing the Eagles (6-3-0) at the Veterans Memorial Field Sports Complex at 5 p.m.
