Seckar sank a pair of free throws at 8:15 in the first quarter to hand the Titans a lead they never relinquished. Beyer tacked on a three-pointer under a minute later to increase the lead to five points before Concordia Wisconsin got on the board. Concordia Wisconsin got within a point at 6:21 and tied the score (7-7) with a three at 2:26, however it was held scoreless for the remainder of the period while Avery Poole (Cottage Grove/Monona Grove) made a free throw and Mallory Hoitink (Hartford/Slinger) hit a jump shot to make the score 10-7.
