BROWN DEER, Wis.- After the fourth and final day of the
2025 WIAC Championship (presented by Culver's), the UW-Oshkosh women's swimming & diving team placed fourth with 406 points while
Francesca Schiro was named the league's swimmer of the meet for the second consecutive year.

UW-La Crosse won the annual meet for the 22nd time in program history with 1,018 points. UW-Eau Claire took second with 855 points, UW-Stevens Point third with 520, and UW-Whitewater fifth with 332.

Schiro (Sr. • New Glarus) set the program 100-yard freestyle record with a 50.98-second finish in the preliminary round. She then won the final edition of the event in 51.04 seconds.

Brianna Wesenberg (Jr. • Ripon) swam an 18:19.87 in the 1,650-yard freestyle for sixth place.
Sienna Della-Peruta (So. • Grayslake, Ill.) took eighth in the 200-yard backstroke in 2:12.58 and in the 200-yard butterfly,
Rowan Sinclair (Fr. • Temecula, Calif.) took fifth in 2:11.51.

In the final relay event of the meet, Schiro,
Kori Burnett (Fr. • Beloit),
Cadence Showalter (Sr. • Naperville, Ill.), and Wesenberg took fourth in the 400-yard freestyle relay at 3:35.30.
