Brad Fischer, the fifth-most winning coach in WIAC women's basketball history, has now coached 12 teams to 20-win seasons in his 13 years at the helm of the Titans. The only season UW-Oshkosh did not reach 20 wins under Fischer was the shortened 2020-21 campaign where the Titans played 11 games.
