PLATTEVILLE, Wis.- UW-Oshkosh men's track & field took second in the WIAC Indoor Championship with 163.5 points, its highest point total since winning the 2022 title with 172 points and fifth-highest total at the meet in program history.

UW-La Crosse won the team title at Williams Fieldhouse in La Crosse with 206 points. UW-Eau Claire finished third with 68.5 points, UW-Whitewater fourth with 57, UW-Stout fifth with 50, UW-Stevens Point sixth with 46, UW-Platteville seventh with 44 and UW-River Falls eighth with 27.

Dylan Doss (Sterling, Ill./Sterling) won the 60-meter dash in 6.69 seconds and the 200-meter dash in 21.48 seconds, adding two medals to his four top-two finishes during the meet.

Davian Willems (De Pere/West De Pere) placed second in the 60-meter dash at a season best 6.72 and
Nolan Milas (Virgil, Ill./Burlington Central) scored two team points in the event with a seventh-place time of 6.87 seconds.

Tyran Bender (Bradley, Ill./Bradley-Bourbonnais Community) joined Doss in the 200-meter dash with a fifth-place time of 22.11 seconds.

Three Titans took top-eight positions in the 800-meter run, led by
Lucas Nicholson's (Pewaukee/Pewaukee) personal record of 1:53.16.
Dwight Hosni (Cedarburg/Cedarburg) took fifth in 1:54.29 and
Noah Callahan (Barlett, Ill./South Elgin) ran a 1:54.86 for seventh.

Cameron Cullen (Kewaunee/Kewaunee) won the 3,000-meter run in 8:28.39 for his second medal of the weekend. He also placed second in the 5,000-meter run in 14:28.66 on Friday.

Oshkosh's 4x400-meter relay crew ran a 3:19.77 which placed them fourth in the event.

Charlie Nolan (Bloomington, Ill./Normal Community West) and
Christian Thompson (Milwaukee/Ronald Reagan) both placed in the top eight in the heptathlon. Nolan took second with 5,046 points and Thompson took sixth with 4,789. Nolan won the 60-meter dash and long jump while placing second in the high jump, fourth in the 60-meter hurdles and seventh in the pole vault. Thompson won the high jump, placed second in the 60-meter hurdles, fourth in the long jump and fifth in the 60-meter dash.

Over in the field,
Christian Wallace (Kenosha/Indian Trail) skipped 14.15 meters for fourth place in the triple jump.

In the high jump,
Jo Hibbler (Menasha/Menasha) cleared the bar at 2.01 meters to secure second place.

Gavin Fritsch (Little Chute/Little Chute Career Pathways Academy) led Oshkosh's three weight throw place winners with a best mark of 20.74 meters. He was followed in third by
Bryce Hale (Appleton/Kimberly) at 19.23 meters and seventh by
Kieran Maude (Palatine, Ill./Palatine) at 18.00.

The Titans will compete in the UW-La Crosse Final Qualifier before competing in the Division III Indoor Championship in Birmingham, Ala. on March 13-14.
