Lehman Places Second In Mile Run At NCAA Championship

Amelia Lehman was the national runner-up in the mile run with a time of 4:43.80

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.- Amelia Lehman (Oshkosh/Valley Christian) represented UW-Oshkosh women's track & field team at the NCAA Division III Indoor Championship on Saturday (March 14) and will bring hardware back to Oshkosh.
 
Lehman collected her third career indoor All-America medal in the mile run after finishing the event in a second-place time of 4:43.80. This was Lehman's highest place in her career in the event after taking eighth in 2023 and seventh in 2024.
 
Lehman also qualified for the national meet in the 3,000-meter run, however she did not finish the race.
 
The Titans start their outdoor season at the Washington University in St. Louis (Mo.) Distance Carnival on March 26-27.
