DES MOINES, Iowa- The UW-Oshkosh track and field teams competed at the 113th Drake University Relays over the last three days, coming away with four top-eight finishes.
Track Event Results
In the men's 1,500-meter run, senior Steven Potter grabbed fifth with a personal record time of 3:47.21 that sits second in school history.
Potter also ran the men's 800-meter run, running a 1:51.00 for fifth place which is the fastest time by a UWO runner this year.
Sophomore Cyna Madigan set the team season best in the women's 800-meter run with a sixth place, 2:10.24. The time is also a personal record and the fourth-fastest time in program history.
Field Event Results
Senior Jonathan Wilburn skipped 49' 5 ½" (15.07m) in the men's triple jump for a third place finish. He set the new team season best by more than a meter.
Looking Forward
The Titans will return to action for the WIAC Championships, hosted by UW-Whitewater between May 5-6. The men will be looking to defend their 2022 title.
