PLATTEVILLE, Wis.- The UW-Oshkosh women's cross country team placed runners in all top-5 positions and eight in the top-10 at the UW-Platteville Gender Equity Invite on Saturday (Sept. 14).
Amelia Lehman (Sr. • Oshkosh) led the Titans, winning with a time of 23:00.
Gracie Buchinger and
Jamie Catania (Jr. • Fond du Lac) both picked up new personal records, finishing in second and third in times of 23:10 and 23:15 respectively.
Cyna Madigan (Sr. • Rosendale) and
Libby Geisness (Sr. • Waukesha) completed the sweep, finishing in fourth and fifth in 23:27 and 23:34.
Gwen Feitl (Jr. • Wheaton, Ill.) set a new personal record as well, finishing sixth in a time of 23:37.
MacKenzie Dix (Jr. • Green Bay) also picked up a new record of 23:53, finishing in ninth.
Allison Van Der Wegen (So. • Kaukauna) was the eighth member of the team in the top 10, running 24:16.
Emma Boegh (Fr. • Berlin) picked up a new personal record of 24:36, finishing in 13th.
Zoe Watson (So. • Kiel) finished 24th in a time of 25:44.
Ella Galaszewski (Jr. • West Allis) was next, finishing 29th in 26:13.
Emma Maly (So. • Clinton) was 32nd, finishing in 26:39. Setting up a new personal record was
Maddie Bertram (Sr. • Winnebago, Ill.), who finished in 36th with a time of 26:46. Next up were
Paige Hagner (Jr. • Mukwonago) and
Autumn Jacks (Fr. • Viola), who finished in 38th and 39th, running times of 26:58 and 27:03 respectively.
Ella Kojis (Jr. • Waukesha) and
Anabel Mitchell (Fr. • Oshkosh) finished in 49th and 50th with times of 28:02 and 28:06.
Kate Haffner (So. • Darien, Ill.) finished in 59th in a time of 30:13.
The Titans compete again next Saturday, September 21 in Whitewater for the Tom Hoffman Invitational.
