GENEVA, Ohio- The UW-Oshkosh women's track & field team began the NCAA Division III Championship at the SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio on Thursday (May 22). Three Titans put together All-America performances with one first team and two second team honors.

The Titans are in second place after the first full day of competition with three points. The Massachusetts Institute of Technology are in first place with 17 points.

Megan Hunt (Lemont, Ill./Lemont), who is also competing in the heptathlon, took sixth in the individual long jump. She jumped a best 5.81 meters while adding additional marks of 5.72 and 5.76 meters. In her third outdoor national championship, she earned her second first team All-America nod.

Libby Geisness (Waukesha/Waukesha South) and
Amelia Lehman (Oshkosh/Valley Christian) both qualified for the national championship in the 1,500-meter run. Geisness ran a 4:32.56 for 13th place and Lehman took 14th in 4:32.89 for All-America Second Team performances.

Competing in the first of her three field events of the meet,
Brenna Masloroff (Franklin/Franklin) took 17th in the discus throw with a best cast of 39.37 meters.
