MILWAUKEE, Wis.- UW-Oshkosh women's golf, led by
Taryn Endres' (Windsor/DeForest) second-place finish, won the Milwaukee School of Engineering Invitational on Saturday (September 6), the second meet win for the program in as many days.

Playing against the same five teams as Friday (September 5), the Titans totaled 339 strokes (51-over par) from their scoring golfers. Lake Forest College (Ill.) and the host Raiders tied for second at 343 strokes (55-over par), Loras College (Iowa) hit 351 strokes (53-over par) for fourth, and Wisconsin Lutheran College rounded out the field with 392 strokes (104-over par).

Endres bounced back from Friday's performance and nearly won her second individual title of the season, falling just one stroke behind Lake Forest's Sydney Fulton with 79 strokes (7-over par).

Hailey Matenaer (West Bend/West Bend East) tied two opposing golfers for fourth place with 84 strokes (12-over par) while
Sydney Bornhorst (Grayslake, Ill./Warren Township),
Rylie Severson (Green Bay/Ashwaubenon), and Chloe Strunk all recorded 88 strokes (16-over par) for a tie for 10th place.

The Titans return to action next Saturday and Sunday (September 13-14) for the Illinois Wesleyan University Fall Classic at the Ironwood Golf Course in Normal, Illinois.
