NEW ORLEANS- The UW-Oshkosh men's and women's cross country teams both received 2025 All-Academic honors from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Thursday (Jan. 29). Five student-athletes were named All-Academic individually.
The Titan men posted a 3.28 cumulative grade-point average as a team to earn All-Academic laurels, while the women earned the honor with a 3.30 GPA.
2025 All-American
Cameron Cullen (Kewaunee/Kewaunee), a kinesiology major, and
Paul Proteau (Riverside, Ill./Riverside Brookfield), who is studying secondary education, represented the men's team. The women's team was represented
Emma Boegh (Berlin/Berlin) and
Lehna Mitchell (Oshkosh/Oshkosh North), both kinesiology majors, and
Gwen Feitl (Wheaton, Ill./Wheaton Warrenville South), who is studying environmental science.
In order to qualify for All-Academic distinction, student-athletes must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.30 on a 4.0 scale and finish in the top-25 percent of their respective regional championship meet. In order for teams to qualify for All-Academic distinction, they must have a cumulative GPA of 3.1 on a 4.0 scale, including the most recent grading period, among other qualifiers.
